Eugene "Ampersand" Shafman was one of several admins of Rated Awesome, a veteran of the Mini Crit War, an admin of Rated Awesome:Reborn and Orange Rain's surf server as well as an admin of the Rated Awesome Wiki.
Ampersand's origins are unknown, simply showing up one day at Rated Awesome HQ after receiving a note from a mysterious man in a trench coat. After some time Ampersand was accepted into the team and rose up the ranks. Some began to theorize that he was a communist spy, planning to cause the fall of Rated Awesome. Whether this is true or not has yet to be discovered.
